My purchase did not arrive

Open the shop and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account used for the purchase. If it still does not appear, email us with your receipt.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (Order history).

The game is slow or crashes

Update to the latest version, close other apps and restart your device. If the problem continues, email us your device model.

How do I manage ad tracking and privacy choices?

You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and review our Privacy Policy.
